Terms & Conditions

Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not misuse it, try to break into it, copy its content without permission, or upload anything harmful. All text, images, designs and the Quantum Star name and logo belong to us.

Quotes and orders

• Information on the website is for guidance only and is not a binding offer.
• Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation or proforma invoice.
• We may decline any enquiry or order.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT and delivery unless stated.
• An advance payment is usually required before production starts; the balance is due as shown on the invoice.
• Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Artwork

You are responsible for the artwork, logos and text you send us and confirm you have the right to use them. Production is based on the final proof you approve, so please check it carefully — we are not responsible for mistakes in approved artwork.

Custom production

Because products are custom-made, small differences in quantity (up to about 10%), colour, size and finish are normal and are not considered faults.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Please check your goods on arrival and tell us about any shortage or damage in writing within 7 days.

Cancellations and returns

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or clearly not what was agreed. If goods are faulty, we will replace them or refund what you paid for them.

Our responsibility

We will carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here removes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update this page from time to time. The version shown here is the one that applies.
